Jenny Broussard

Jenny brings decades of experience in education and educational leadership, with particular expertise in serving students, supporting educators, special education, and understanding how organizational decisions affect the people doing the work every day.

She designs and leads professional learning, facilitates meaningful team work, and helps leaders turn program goals into practical structures and everyday practice. Her approach is engaging, grounded, and responsive to the real people in the room.

Whether the need is a focused training, ongoing consulting, facilitated planning, or implementation support, Jenny helps teams leave with greater clarity, confidence, and capacity.

Jim Dube

Jim brings nearly three decades of experience in education, technology, administration, and organizational leadership.

His work has included teaching, school and district leadership, technology direction, student information systems, federal programs, career and technical education, software development, and consulting.

That range lets him move naturally between strategy, school operations, data, infrastructure, software architecture, and user experience—because he has worked directly in each of those environments.
